Thank you for your support Lucille! Activity report system is great idea, problem is with 50% bonus. 2. I understand the financial situation. With BSF gone, there is noone to fund companies, so it must be done privatly. Alright, bonus is out! 4
Suggestions / Time to get a bit more serious - Activity Reports« on: March 22, 2014, 11:02:49 pm »Dear colleagues from Indigo groups, As i can see we are getting bigger every day and more known every day. Leadership is great, and everything is smooth. Now, i have a suggestion to make. In order to see if our members actually are active i suggest we bring activity reports. The system that i would think will best is the following one: 3 reports per player weekly. Only one report can be submited on a daily base. Maximum number of activiry reports is 6, and who fulfils this will get a 50% bonus. Keep this up every week for 2 months and you get a 50% bonus for the next 6 months. Also for those who do not fill the activiry reports needed on a weekly base, they get a warning. Here is the warning system: 1 WARNING: A simple warning. Just to warn them that they should fill the activity report. 2 WARNINGS: They get the minimum paycheck possible for their rank. 3 WARNINGS: No paycheck for them that week. 4 WARNINGS: A demotion. 5 WARNINGS: Kick from the group. Kicked member may re apply and start all over again from scratch. If the player is inactive for most of the week or the whole week, he/she should just report that to us and no warnings will be isshued, as simple as that. I believe that this will show who is actually working, and who isn't so the hard working ones will be richly rewarded, and those who aint working will be eliminated. This should mean for everyone, even the founder with exception that founder may only get up to 3 warnings. At the third warning, the punishment from that one will be used over and over again hence the founder cannot be kicked nor demoted. I hope that thsi idea will be implied, and i know that this will help Indigo groups become even better and even more organised. Thank you for reading this. Signed by: Jamal 5

Indigo Mechanics Group / Paycheck idea« on: March 16, 2014, 03:03:05 pm »
Alright, so basicly i think that it would be better if IN mechanichs would get paychecks not on a weekly, but on a monthly level. Also, because the wait is longer payments for everyone should be a couple of thousands bigger?
Toughts, anyone? 9
